This Acceptable Use Policy applies to recruiters, employers, institutions, candidates, students, and any other person or organization using Ovii's website, hiring workflows, assessments, interviews, subscriptions, or related digital services.

1. Scope

Ovii is intended for legitimate recruitment, placement, interview preparation, assessment, campus hiring, and related business or educational use cases. Use of the platform must stay within applicable law, these rules, and the related legal policies linked below.

2. Allowed use

  • Use Ovii only for genuine hiring, assessment, career, placement, education, or related operational purposes.
  • Provide accurate account, company, institution, job, profile, and application information.
  • Respect the rights, privacy, dignity, and safety of candidates, recruiters, students, institutions, and other users.
  • Use role access only as intended and only for the organization or account you are authorized to represent.

3. Prohibited conduct

  • Uploading or sharing unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, hateful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Harassing, discriminating against, threatening, or exploiting any user, candidate, student, or organization.
  • Attempting to scrape data, reverse engineer the product, bypass access controls, or interfere with platform security.
  • Introducing malware, automated abuse, spam, phishing content, credential theft, or any malicious payload.
  • Using Ovii to violate privacy, employment, consumer, anti-discrimination, intellectual property, or technology laws.
  • Impersonating another person or organization or misrepresenting affiliations, opportunities, qualifications, or outcomes.

4. Data and privacy responsibilities

  • Only upload or process personal information you have the right to collect, review, or share.
  • Do not use exported data, candidate records, or assessment results for unauthorized resale, bulk harvesting, or unrelated marketing.
  • Follow your own legal obligations when using Ovii to process applicant, student, or employee information.

5. Security and access

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and protect devices used to access Ovii.
  • Do not share accounts in ways that defeat auditability, security controls, or plan restrictions.
  • Promptly report suspected compromise, unauthorized access, or suspicious platform activity.

6. Enforcement

Ovii may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, remove content from, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, related agreements, or applicable law. Ovii may also preserve or disclose information where needed to protect rights, safety, platform integrity, or legal compliance.
