### Key Responsibilities

• Lead and own all product areas, setting strategy and driving execution.
• Define and communicate product vision, aligning Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
• Develop and grow a high-performing product management team.
• Integrate AI capabilities into our product offerings seamlessly.
• Translate customer needs into strategic product decisions.
• Report directly to the SVP of Product and Design.

### Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of product leadership experience in SaaS or platform products.
• Proven track record in building complex, multi-surface products.
• Strong understanding of AI systems and integration.
• Excellent judgment and operational rigor.
