Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

ElevenLabs seeks a Workplace Operations lead for its New York office to own daily facilities, vendor relationships, space planning and culture‑building programs. The role is fully on‑site and reports directly to senior leadership, ensuring a high‑touch, efficient workplace for a fast‑growing AI team.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, new hires and building management, shaping the office’s culture and first‑impression experience
  • Direct all daily logistics – cleaning, maintenance, security, shipping – while negotiating and overseeing vendor contracts
  • Partner with the landlord to maintain facilities, define service standards and manage space allocation, floor plans and seating charts
  • Plan and execute internal and external events, including hackathons, offsites and executive visits, ensuring premium experiences
  • Collaborate with People Ops to continuously improve onboarding tours, swag, and office‑wide communications, keeping SOPs up to date
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose new processes and drive cost‑effective improvements in a fast‑paced environment
