What You'll Likely Work On

• Direct WiFi engineering execution for one or more platforms from feature delivery through stabilization and release
• Lead AI‑driven self‑healing and autonomous networking projects
• Define system‑level requirements for security, usability, stability and performance
• Own release readiness, including regression strategy, defect triage and go/no‑go reviews
• Coordinate with silicon/ASIC, RF, systems, QA, security, product and manufacturing teams
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of field issues and drive corrective actions
• Manage WiFi Alliance certification and interoperability campaigns
• Advance lab automation, CI/regression modernization and KPI dashboards
• Lead coexistence programs across WiFi/Bluetooth, RF constraints and power optimization
• Recruit, develop and mentor managers, tech leads and senior engineers across US, Canada, Taiwan and India

Good Fit If You Have

• Experience delivering WiFi in consumer devices, gateways, APs or automotive
