What You'll Likely Work On
- Build and mature a 24/7 global SOC, refining operating models and escalation paths.
- Lead incident response, serving as Incident Commander and improving detection and response metrics.
- Develop and execute threat hunting programs aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and threat intelligence.
- Oversee attack surface management and dark‑web monitoring to reduce exposure across cloud and on‑prem assets.
- Own the SOC technology stack (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, CNAPP) and drive automation at scale.
- Mentor and grow SOC, threat hunting, and incident response teams, establishing career paths and training.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and risk teams to align security controls with business and regulatory requirements.
- Report cyber risk metrics and program updates to executive leadership and the board.
