We are looking for a remote UX/UI Designer to own the full design lifecycle for web and mobile products, from research through high‑fidelity visuals and design system maintenance. You will partner with product managers and engineers to create accessible, visually compelling experiences that drive usability and conversion.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Conduct user interviews, surveys and usability tests; synthesize findings into personas, journeys and design insights
- Analyze product usage with Hotjar, FullStory or Google Analytics to spot friction
- Create low‑fidelity wireframes and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch
- Design clean, responsive interfaces applying typography, layout, color and visual hierarchy
- Build and evolve scalable design systems, style guides and reusable components
- Ensure designs meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
- Collaborate with product managers and developers, hand off specs via Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin or InVision
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews and design critiques
- Run A/B tests and iterate based on feedback and performance data
