Technical Program Manager driving end‑to‑end Salesforce initiatives, aligning engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver scalable, revenue‑impacting systems. Owns planning, execution, integration, and governance across data, ERP, and GTM platforms for enterprise customers.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce program delivery across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
  • Own planning, timelines, KPIs and align engineering, data, and business teams.
  • Design and oversee integrations with ERP, product, and data platforms.
  • Drive Customer 360 adoption, data model alignment and AI‑enabled use cases.
  • Support GTM and revenue‑operations initiatives, enabling lead‑to‑cash workflows.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, risks and executive governance.
