What You'll Likely Work On
- Lead end‑to‑end Salesforce program delivery across Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
- Own planning, timelines, KPIs and align engineering, data, and business teams.
- Design and oversee integrations with ERP, product, and data platforms.
- Drive Customer 360 adoption, data model alignment and AI‑enabled use cases.
- Support GTM and revenue‑operations initiatives, enabling lead‑to‑cash workflows.
- Manage program budgets, resources, risks and executive governance.
Good Fit If You Have
- Proven ability to manage large‑scale, enterprise transformation programs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management with senior leadership.
- Experience in semiconductor, hardware, or high‑tech environments.
