The Technical Program Manager, Incident Response leads cross‑functional coordination of security and reliability incidents for Harvey’s AI‑native SaaS platform. You will design incident processes, runbooks, and communication protocols while driving post‑incident remediation and readiness across engineering, security, legal, and customer teams.
