Technical Lead – Full Stack(MERN & Cloud)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Technical Lead to own the end‑to‑end architecture of a high‑stakes full‑stack platform that processes real patient and payment data. You’ll define service boundaries, security, observability and scaling while actively coding in the MERN stack and cloud environments.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and own end‑to‑end service boundaries, data models, API contracts and scaling plans
• Implement compliance‑by‑design controls for PHI and payment data, including audit logging and tokenization
• Run production‑grade MERN stack services on cloud infrastructure with Kubernetes, CI/CD and secrets management
• Make and defend major architectural trade‑offs (monolith vs microservices, build vs buy, sync vs event‑driven)
• Establish technical standards and reference architectures that are reused across teams
