What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and own scope, timeline, quality, and budget for software projects
• Lead engineering, QA, product, and design teams through Agile ceremonies
• Run planning, stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives to keep delivery on track
• Manage client and stakeholder communication, set expectations and handle escalations
• Identify, track and mitigate delivery risks early in the project lifecycle
• Plan resourcing, monitor capacity and unblock teams as needed
