Postman seeks a senior Technical Community Manager to own the global Discord developer community, build ambassador and MVP programs, and turn community activity into product activation for its API and AI‑agent platform.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Own end‑to‑end Discord strategy, from onboarding to retention and reactivation
• Create and run engagement programs such as quests, stage events, weekly challenges and AMAs
• Define, track and report community health metrics (signup growth, DAU/MAU, engagement rate)
• Build ambassador and MVP programs from selection criteria to activation playbooks
• Recruit, enable and empower top contributors to run user groups and create content
• Launch a vendor‑neutral "Agents & APIs" community and partner with adjacent ecosystems
• Design community initiatives that surface key Postman features and drive product adoption
• Cultivate a content ecosystem where members produce tutorials, videos, templates and open‑source collections
