What You'll Likely Work On

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from product and IT stakeholders
• Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation
• Serve as the primary liaison between business owners and development teams
• Own JIRA ticket creation, prioritization, sprint tracking, and status reporting
• Design and maintain delivery roadmaps and workflow processes aligned to business priorities
