The Technical Account Manager partners with retail, travel, logistics and manufacturing customers to drive adoption of UiPath’s automation and agentic AI platform. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, translating AI concepts into measurable business outcomes while guiding customers through platform upgrades, design reviews and health checks.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Advise customers on moving from traditional RPA/BPA to agentic automation and AI‑driven workflows
  • Drive platform adoption, usage insights and expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales and Customer Success
  • Plan and execute infrastructure, installation and upgrade activities, including agent orchestration components
  • Conduct design and code reviews, technical health checks, and risk assessments for automation programs
  • Collaborate with Product Support and subject‑matter experts to resolve escalated incidents
  • Design solutions that integrate automation, AI agents, orchestration and enterprise systems across retail, travel and supply‑chain environments
  • Stay current on UiPath’s agentic capabilities and guide customers through new features
