We need a hands‑on Tech Lead to define and own the architecture of our Commerce platform, driving scalable distributed systems, search, recommendation, and data pipelines. The role blends strategic technical vision with 30‑50% coding and mentorship of senior engineers.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define technical vision and architecture for APIs, search, recommendation, and data infrastructure
• Design highly scalable, reliable distributed systems
• Lead architecture, design, and code reviews across the engineering team
• Establish engineering best practices for testing, CI/CD, observability, and operational excellence
• Break complex initiatives into technical roadmaps and manage technical risk
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence
