We are seeking a remote Operations Team Lead to head a credentialing pod, managing analysts and specialists while ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction. The role blends people leadership, process optimization, and direct client engagement within the healthcare data space.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Manage and mentor a team of Credentialing Specialists and Operational Analysts
  • Oversee credentialing workflows to meet NCQA, state, and client policy requirements
  • Conduct daily stand‑ups, weekly performance reviews, and formal performance evaluations
  • Monitor SLA, turnaround times, and quality metrics; drive corrective actions
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to resolve escalations and streamline processes
  • Maintain monthly monitoring of credentialing expirables and ensure timely renewals
  • Identify process gaps, create SOPs, and produce ad‑hoc operational reports
  • Support onboarding, training, and hiring of new analysts
