Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

UiPath seeks a Tax Manager to lead global corporate income tax compliance, international tax planning, and tax controversy for a fast‑growing public SaaS company. The role partners with Finance, Legal, Treasury and external advisors while driving process improvements through automation and analytics.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or related field
  • 5‑7 years progressive corporate income tax experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal, state and international corporate tax
  • Experience managing global corporate tax compliance
  • Experience with international tax planning and cross‑border transactions
  • Experience supporting M&A due diligence and post‑acquisition integration
  • Ability to manage external advisors and collaborate with cross‑functional partners

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Oversee U.S. federal, state, local and foreign income tax filings in coordination with external advisors
  • Review and approve tax returns, information reporting, workpapers and supporting documentation
  • Provide technical expertise on NCTI/GILTI, FDII, foreign tax credits, BEAT, Pillar Two and other cross‑border rules
  • Monitor legislative changes and assess impact on the company’s tax positions and compliance obligations
  • Develop and execute international tax planning projects aligned with growth strategy
  • Advise on tax implications of restructurings, intercompany transactions, IP, cash repatriation and operating models
  • Lead tax audit responses, controversy resolution and coordination with tax authorities
