Ovii's Interpretation of the Role

Join Augnito as a Talent Acquisition Intern in Bengaluru, supporting end‑to‑end hiring for multiple roles. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain ATS data while gaining hands‑on recruitment experience.

Role Snapshot

  • Coordinate interview schedules across stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate ATS (Keka Hiro) records
  • Prepare hiring dashboards and weekly reports
  • Suggest process improvements to reduce TAT
  • Manage job postings across platforms

Must-Have Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High ownership and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
  • Comfortable with cold calling and candidate outreach
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel & basic reporting
  • End‑to‑end recruitment process exposure
  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Identify and attract high‑quality candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and internal databases
  • Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic HR discussions to assess fit
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Create, update and optimize job postings across multiple platforms

  • Propose ideas to improve sourcing efficiency and reduce time‑to‑fill
