The role blends structural engineering, aerodynamics, manufacturing, and testing within LAT Aerospace's next‑generation aerospace programs.

Role Snapshot

  • Design primary and secondary aircraft structures
  • Perform structural sizing and FEA
  • Evaluate strength, buckling, and fatigue
  • Optimize for weight, cost, and manufacturability
  • Collaborate across aerodynamics, propulsion, and manufacturing
  • Validate through ground and flight testing

Must-Have Requirements

  • Design aircraft structures
  • Structural sizing using analytical methods and FEA
  • Experience with industry‑standard CAD software
  • Experience with structural analysis tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, OptiStruct)
  • Hands‑on design of lightweight aerospace structures
  • designing and analyzing aircraft structures

Nice-to-Have Signals

  • Programming experience in Python or MATLAB for analysis automation
  • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes (composite layups, machining, bonded/bolted assemblies)
  • programming in Python or MATLAB for analysis automation

Work Setup

  • Location: Bangalore, India
  • Work mode: ONSITE
  • Employment type: Full-Time

Not Specified in JD

  • Salary range
  • Visa sponsorship
