This on‑site role blends business development, program design, and technical enablement to embed Cartesia’s AI solutions into partner sales motions.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Operationalize and embed Cartesia’s solutions into enterprise technology partners’ sales motions and joint GTM plans
- Develop and manage partnership roadmaps, timelines, strategic priorities, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Cultivate and own relationships with business development leaders and sales teams at partner companies
- Design and deliver technical training and certification programs for partner engineering teams
- Organize and lead partner events, sales kickoffs, conferences, and technical enablements
- Create and iterate partner enablement assets such as playbooks, success plans, and QBR processes
