The Strategic Customer Success Manager partners with banks, credit unions and fintechs to drive fraud‑prevention outcomes. You’ll own strategic accounts, lead onboarding, and continuously advise clients on risk solutions while collaborating across sales, data science and product teams.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Own and grow strategic relationships with banks, credit unions and fintech partners
- Develop deep expertise in fraud detection and SentiLink’s identity solutions
- Lead onboarding activities including dashboard training, account setup and usage recommendations
- Conduct regular post‑onboarding reviews to share performance data, product updates and renewal discussions
- Provide consultative advice on partners’ fraud challenges, recommending solutions inside or outside the product suite
- Set business goals with each client and create execution plans to meet targets
- Partner with Sales throughout pre‑ and post‑sales cycles
- Collaborate with Data Science, Product, Fraud Intelligence and Engineering to keep a customer‑centric focus
