What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and implement end‑to‑end features across mobile (React Native) and backend (TypeScript, NestJS, GraphQL) using AWS.
• Lead architecture discussions, define scalable APIs, data models, and system design for TrueMotion‑driven experiences.
• Establish and improve system observability with Datadog and Sentry.
• Profile and optimize performance to prevent scaling bottlenecks.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote technical excellence.
