The Staff Program Delivery Manager leads end‑to‑end OEM program delivery, driving integration timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation for Tekion’s automotive cloud platform.

Role Snapshot

  • Lead OEM program delivery from initiation to launch

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Ensure OEM programs meet goals for customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, and performance
  • Define scope, timeline, and stakeholder involvement for OEM and vendor integrations
  • Drive end‑to‑end integration delivery, removing blockers and aligning with product and engineering teams
  • Produce accurate program status reports, analyze risks, and proactively mitigate issues
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM, dealer, and vendor partners
  • Present Tekion products and services to OEM executives and partner stakeholders
  • Train field teams on integration usage and testing processes
  • Own the complete integration lifecycle from initiation through successful delivery
