The Staff Program Delivery Manager leads end‑to‑end OEM program delivery, driving integration timelines, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation for Tekion’s automotive cloud platform.
Role Snapshot
- Lead OEM program delivery from initiation to launch

What You'll Likely Work On
- Ensure OEM programs meet goals for customer satisfaction, compliance, quality, and performance
- Define scope, timeline, and stakeholder involvement for OEM and vendor integrations
- Drive end‑to‑end integration delivery, removing blockers and aligning with product and engineering teams
- Produce accurate program status reports, analyze risks, and proactively mitigate issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM, dealer, and vendor partners
- Present Tekion products and services to OEM executives and partner stakeholders
- Train field teams on integration usage and testing processes
- Own the complete integration lifecycle from initiation through successful delivery
