The Staff Product Manager – Voice AI will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of HighLevel’s AI‑driven voice agent platform. You’ll partner with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to build reliable inbound and outbound voice experiences for SMBs and agencies. The role demands deep product judgment in AI, telephony, and workflow automation within a high‑volume SaaS environment.

Must-Have Requirements

- AI‑driven product ownership

Nice-to-Have Signals
- Twilio or similar telephony platform experience
- Speech‑to‑text / text‑to‑speech knowledge

What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and execute the product roadmap for inbound and outbound VoiceAI capabilities
- Translate agency and SMB use cases into clear PRDs, user stories, and measurable success metrics
- Collaborate with engineering on telephony architecture, LLM behavior, latency, and scalability
- Work with design to simplify agent setup, testing, prompt management, and performance reporting
- Build deep integrations with contacts, calendars, workflows, payments, knowledge base, and AI Employee
- Own compliance‑sensitive decisions around consent, KYC, call recording, and abuse prevention
- Instrument product health metrics such as activation, booking rate, escalation rate, and cost per outcome
- Partner with product marketing, support, and account teams to drive adoption, revenue, and retention
