What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and prioritize the dealer‑facing product roadmap for GM’s Digital Retail Platform.
- Design and own the integration architecture between Tekion’s AEC platform and GM’s DRP, including APIs, webhooks, and event streams.
- Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain a well‑groomed Scrum backlog aligned with OEM milestones.
- Collaborate with platform and data engineering teams to create robust API schemas and data contracts.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for dealer adoption, deal completion, integration reliability, and error rates.
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues, partnering with engineering to fix root causes.
- Align GM business and technical teams with dealer success goals, driving cross‑functional prioritization and executive communication.
- Lead change‑management initiatives, creating rollout plans, training assets, and adoption playbooks for new features.
