The Staff Product Manager will own the vision, strategy, and delivery of HighLevel’s Product Information Management platform, a core catalog layer powering commerce across the system. This remote‑first role drives architecture, API contracts, pricing logic, and merchant experience for a global SaaS ecosystem.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Define and drive the full product information management roadmap, covering items, variants, price lists, and units of measure.
  • Architect and execute the migration from the existing catalog foundation to a scalable, extensible PIM platform.
  • Create clear API contracts and data models that serve the Commerce team and adjacent product groups.
  • Own multi‑currency, rule‑based, and channel‑aware pricing infrastructure to ensure correct price resolution across all storefronts.
  • Translate complex catalog requirements into intuitive merchant workflows for physical, digital, and service offerings.
  • Set platform‑wide standards, documentation, versioning, and deprecation practices for the PIM service.
