What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and execute the full PLG journey—from acquisition to onboarding, activation and expansion—for developer users
• Increase the volume and diversity of developers building on LiveKit and move them from sign‑up to real workloads
• Own onboarding and activation experiences to shrink the gap between registration and production usage
• Identify early high‑growth accounts, understand their needs, and help them scale the platform
• Drive deeper platform adoption by encouraging use of additional LiveKit products such as agent hosting and inference
• Represent the self‑serve developer voice, feeding insights into product roadmaps and documentation
• Establish and monitor growth operating metrics, partnering with the data team on reporting cadence
