What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and evolve the Card Issuance product roadmap, balancing client needs and long‑term vision
- Write detailed product requirements, API specs, and user stories for authorization, clearing, settlement and lifecycle flows
- Drive integrations with Visa, Mastercard, issuer processors and digital wallets while meeting scheme certification standards
- Partner with engineering to embed AI‑powered fraud scoring, spend analytics and automated dispute management
- Lead design of stablecoin‑to‑card settlement flows, coordinating treasury, compliance and technical teams
- Serve as primary product liaison for strategic B2B clients, translating programme needs into platform requirements
- Collaborate with regulatory, compliance and risk teams to embed market‑specific rules into the product
- Define, monitor and improve key card KPIs (approval rates, dispute rates, time‑to‑card, revenue per card)
