What You'll Likely Work On

  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries for inventory, hardware costs, and fixed assets with supporting documentation.
  • Own balance‑sheet reconciliations and related accruals for hardware inventory and fixed assets.
  • Conduct cost‑accounting analysis, COGS variance, inventory valuation, and fixed‑asset roll‑forwards, feeding finance‑leadership dashboards.
  • Manage end‑to‑end T&E accounting, reconcile expense platform data to the general ledger, and provide analyses for business owners.
  • Support revenue recognition and journal entry preparation for subsidiary entities, aligning with accounting policies.
  • Partner with FP&A, accounting operations, and cross‑functional teams to meet month‑end/quarter‑end deadlines and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Prepare audit schedules and documentation for internal and external audit requests.
