What You'll Likely Work On

• Partner with account teams, MSPs, VARs and channel partners to deliver pre‑sales consultations, solution designs and proofs‑of‑concept.
• Lead architecture and deployment of enterprise‑grade Wi‑Fi, switching, routing, security and cloud‑managed networking solutions.
• Present technical content to IT stakeholders, partners and internal teams, translating requirements into actionable designs.
• Act as the technical bridge post‑sale, managing escalations and ensuring smooth hand‑off to support.
• Gather and convey customer feedback to product management to influence roadmap and feature development.
• Design secure networking environments using Zero‑Trust principles, including segmentation and role‑based access.
• Promote cloud‑managed platforms, enabling zero‑touch provisioning, real‑time alerts and network analytics across sites.
• Perform detailed RF planning and wireless design using tools such as Ekahau.
