The Sr. Product Manager – Commerce Operations will own the core commerce infrastructure that powers orders, subscriptions, transactions, inventory, tax, coupons and gift cards. You will define the internal accounting layer and public API that enable seamless integration with third‑party accounting tools, driving platform‑wide impact across a global SaaS business.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and drive the end‑to‑end product vision for orders, subscriptions, transactions, inventory, fulfillment, taxation, coupons and gift cards
• Own the subscription lifecycle, handling plans, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, pauses and dunning flows
• Lead the definition and build of the internal accounting layer that records every money‑in and money‑out event
• Design and own the public API surface that external developers and marketplace partners use to integrate with commerce operations
• Create a composable inventory layer with multi‑location support, reservations and low‑stock signals
• Shape tax calculation, tax code mapping and compliance infrastructure for global transactions
• Define coupon, promotion and gift‑card capabilities while ensuring correct financial accounting
• Collaborate with PIM, Documents, Onboarding and Payments teams to align operational events across the platform

Good Fit If You Have

• 7+ years of product management experience in high‑growth SaaS platforms
• Deep familiarity with order management, subscription billing, inventory and transaction systems
• Proven ability to design and own public APIs for external developers
• Bias for ownership and ability to drive execution across complex, interconnected domains
