The Sr. People Technology Integration Specialist designs, builds, and maintains secure, scalable integrations across HighLevel's People Technology ecosystem. You will own data mapping, API configuration, and audit‑ready controls to ensure seamless data flow between Darwinbox and payroll, finance, and equity platforms. This remote‑first role partners with Finance, Payroll, IT, and HR stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Define and implement integration blueprints linking Darwinbox with payroll, finance, equity, and EOR platforms
• Own field‑level mapping, transformation logic, and schema documentation across all integrated systems
• Configure and manage APIs, webhooks, SFTP feeds, and scripts to ensure secure, timely data transfers
• Build analytics‑ready feeds into Snowflake and financial planning feeds into Abacum
• Monitor daily syncs, troubleshoot failures, and perform root‑cause analysis to prevent recurrence
• Maintain maker‑checker controls, validation logs, and change‑management documentation for audit compliance
• Support large‑scale org restructures by remapping integration logic and validating downstream impact
• Communicate technical constraints and impacts to Finance, Payroll, IT, and HR business partners
