What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and deliver AI/ML models, including generative AI use cases, for multiple product lines
- Establish and scale MLOps pipelines to ensure reliable, reproducible model deployment
- Create and maintain golden datasets, labeling standards, and evaluation frameworks
- Own model KPIs, continuous evaluation, and ongoing improvements in accuracy, robustness, and latency
- Build AI observability, monitoring, and feedback loops to promote transparency and trust
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, and Platform teams to embed AI into production systems
- Implement Responsible AI practices—fairness, bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance
- Lead, mentor, and expand a high‑performing global team of data scientists and ML engineers
Good Fit If You Have
- Experience with generative AI / LLMs and prompt engineering
- PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (preferred)
