Must-Have Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• 5+ years in Pre‑Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• Strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms and data architecture
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and data‑pipeline integrations
• Excellent presentation, communication and documentation abilities

What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead technical discovery sessions and map customer challenges to platform capabilities
• Create and deliver customized product demos for technical and business audiences
• Build and run proofs of concept to validate integration, performance, and outcomes
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and produce detailed technical documentation with product and engineering partners
• Partner with Business Development, Marketing and Market Research to shape target account strategies
• Define solution architecture, data flows and implementation plans with IT and marketing teams
• Develop demo assets, training sessions and enablement resources for sales acceleration
• Provide structured feedback on customer needs, product gaps and competitive insights
• Represent WebEngage at events, webinars and regional workshops as a technical expert
