What You'll Likely Work On

• Partner with Sales during pre‑sales to support merchant acquisition
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical capabilities
• Address technical objections and propose solution‑oriented recommendations
• Gather business and technical requirements and author Business Requirement Documents
• Implement and support API integrations across merchant ecosystems
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to resolve implementation challenges
• Manage multiple implementation projects to ensure timely go‑live and smooth onboarding
