What You'll Likely Work On

• Own end‑to‑end onboarding engagements from kickoff through hyper‑care
• Lead technical discovery, translate customer API lifecycle and security needs into a project plan
• Configure SSO/SAML, SCIM, RBAC, BYOK, audit‑log integration and validate security controls
• Design and stand up workspaces, access controls, Private API Network, and CI/CD pipelines
• Manage cadence, risks, and coordinate IT, security, and engineering stakeholders
• Deliver across an expanding catalog of service offerings and quickly ramp on new ones
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Education, Advocacy, and Support for a seamless experience
• Capture platform gaps and feed feedback to product and engineering teams
