Plane is hiring a Frontend Software Engineer to build and maintain React‑based user interfaces for its work‑management platform. You will own client‑side surfaces, ensure performance at scale, and enable offline and collaborative editing experiences.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Design, develop, and roll out user‑facing surfaces from mockup to production
• Extend the local‑first sync and collaborative editing layer, handling serialization and conflict resolution
• Profile and optimize dense views that display tens of thousands of items using virtualization and memoization
• Add offline support and low‑bandwidth resilience via Service Workers and IndexedDB
• Work daily with designers and backend engineers across locations and review community pull requests
