What You'll Likely Work On

• Own backend surfaces end‑to‑end, from API contract through data model, migrations, and rollout.
• Extend the real‑time sync path, working on event streams, change‑data capture, and caching layers.
• Measure and improve query performance, including query plans, indexes, and connection pooling.
• Write async Python that handles concurrent load and identify blocking calls or resource limits.
• Instrument services so degradations surface in dashboards before customers notice.
• Debug production issues on self‑hosted clusters and cloud deployments you cannot directly access.
