What You'll Likely Work On

• Own and evolve integrations with Slack, GitHub, and other third‑party tools, handling API changes.
• Build and maintain importers that migrate data from Jira, Linear, etc., preserving full data fidelity.
• Design the queue and worker system, ensuring retries, idempotency, backpressure and exactly‑once execution.
• Create the OAuth and developer‑facing API surface for external builders and agent apps.
• Collaborate daily with Django engineers and respond to external developers via public GitHub issues.
• Implement state‑reconciliation logic for partial failures such as expired tokens or rate‑limit errors.
