Instawork seeks a Shift Supervisor to lead a team of Data Collectors on evening or night shifts in Marathalli, ensuring productivity, quality, and timely reporting for AI‑driven data collection operations.

What You'll Likely Work On
- Oversee shift operations for Data Collectors at the assigned location
- Monitor real‑time productivity and quality throughout the shift
- Collect next‑day task lists from clients and coordinate with the Team Lead
- Ensure demo recordings and required reports are submitted on schedule
- Flag quality issues promptly to Trainer and Team Lead
- Maintain shift attendance logs and real‑time productivity tracking
- Coordinate device availability and equipment issues with the Inventory Manager
- Assist in replacing underperforming Data Collectors as needed
