What You'll Likely Work On

• Own end‑to‑end technical architecture for ServiceNow programs, covering solution design, integration, data, security, and portal layers
• Define and enforce platform standards for scripting, scoped apps, CMDB, API integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, and portal design patterns
• Lead technical design workshops, architecture reviews, proof‑of‑concepts, and design authority forums with stakeholders
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership for complex builds using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Script Includes, and portal components
• Mentor developers and consultants on architecture patterns, engineering quality, and portal strategy
