Senior Technical Program Manager leading large‑scale cybersecurity initiatives for enterprise clients. Drives end‑to‑end delivery using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methods while coordinating cross‑functional engineering, security and business teams. Hybrid role based in Toronto.

What You'll Likely Work On

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex cybersecurity programs, ensuring timeline, scope and business alignment.
  • Own project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, resource allocation and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.
  • Act as Scrum Master or Agile lead, facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs and coaching teams on Agile best practices.
  • Partner with engineering, security, infrastructure, compliance and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into actionable delivery plans.
  • Monitor program health through metrics, milestone tracking and executive reporting, providing clear visibility to leadership.
  • Identify and resolve cross‑functional dependencies, risks and roadblocks while fostering collaboration.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies based on program needs.

Good Fit If You Have

  • Experience delivering enterprise cybersecurity or information‑security programs.
