What You'll Likely Work On
- Define and enforce a single operating standard across all security projects, ensuring consistent ownership, scope and status tracking.
- Own intake and triage of security requests, classify and route them, and train the AI classification system with feedback.
- Produce and edit AI‑generated status briefs, weekly reviews, monthly metrics and quarterly roadmap reports for leadership.
- Maintain a capacity model, flag early slippage, and apply judgment on morale, growth and strategic factors.
- Track interruption work, quantify categories, and propose new projects to reduce unplanned effort.
- Prioritize new work using impact, urgency, dependencies and capacity, incorporating political and strategic context.
- Partner with the AI engineering team as product owner for the program‑management AI system, filing feature requests and shaping output quality.
- Evolve operating standards, gain team buy‑in and roll out updates; represent the security program function across the company.
