We’re looking for a Senior Technical Instructor to design, develop, and deliver classroom and virtual training on Kong’s API platform, helping engineers and other stakeholders master our technology.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Create and refine technical curricula and job aids for Kong’s API platform
• Deliver in‑person and virtual training to engineers, architects, managers and operations staff
• Manage training sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep learners on track
• Assess customer training requirements and tailor content accordingly
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant technologies and APIs
• Collaborate with a globally distributed education team
• Travel to customer sites to conduct on‑site workshops
