Senior Technical Consultant – Modern Apps leads hands‑on development and technical design for web, mobile, and API projects, leveraging AI‑assisted coding tools. The role mentors junior engineers, ensures quality and security, and occasionally supports pre‑sales activities.

Must-Have Requirements

• Deep expertise in at least two languages: Java, C#, JavaScript, Python
• Strong hands‑on React.js and Next.js development
• Strong proficiency with AI development tools (Claude Code, etc.)
• Strong experience with test‑driven development and testing strategies
• Strong working knowledge of architecture, design patterns, and anti‑patterns
• Practical experience building modern applications, APIs, and cloud‑native services
• Practical experience with security, DevSecOps, CI/CD, observability, and production‑readiness
• Strong mentoring skills and ability to guide junior engineers
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts

What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead end‑to‑end development for greenfield and brownfield modern app initiatives
• Write, review, debug, and improve production‑grade code across full‑stack technologies
• Design and document high‑level architectures and technical designs
• Guide junior consultants through code reviews, onboarding, and knowledge sharing
• Apply AI‑assisted tools to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, and requirements refinement
• Ensure delivery teams meet quality, security, testing, and operational readiness standards
• Contribute to implementation plans, reusable assets, and occasional pre‑sales scoping
