What You'll Likely Work On

• Build and deliver POCs, agent prototypes, and automation accelerators in federal environments
• Create reusable templates, deployment accelerators, and solution patterns for the CS organization
• Own the technical success of strategic federal customers as their primary technical advisor
• Provide proactive guidance on platform architecture, infrastructure, upgrades, performance and security
• Conduct technical health checks, maturity assessments, and risk mitigation activities
• Collaborate with product, engineering, professional services and security teams to resolve complex challenges
• Enable stakeholders through workshops, presentations, and strategic planning sessions
• Stay current on Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs and translate innovations into mission outcomes
