The Senior Systems Engineer (プリセールスSE) will be the primary technical voice for Netgear in Japan, guiding enterprise customers and channel partners through solution design, demos, and deployments of switching, routing, wireless and cloud‑managed networking. What You'll Likely Work On
- Act as the go‑to technical resource for enterprise customers and channel partners across Japan, leading solution design, demos and PoCs
- Design, configure and support deployment of switching, routing, wireless, security and cloud‑managed networking solutions
- Present technical solutions clearly to IT teams, partners and senior stakeholders
- Provide joint technical guidance to MSPs, VARs and distributors
- Collaborate with Netgear’s global engineering and product teams, feeding field feedback into the roadmap
- Own the technical handoff from pre‑sales to post‑sales, assisting with onboarding, troubleshooting and escalations
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of enterprise networking trends and the Japanese market
