What You'll Likely Work On

• Represent dealer operations in product discussions, ensuring retail realities shape platform design and prioritisation.
• Define and document end‑to‑end stock‑management and accounting workflows for the ARC platform at enterprise scale.
• Identify and close integration gaps between retail and back‑office processes through cross‑team collaboration.
• Create transformation frameworks and operational blueprints that guide dealer groups through ARC adoption.
• Engage senior operational and finance leaders during pre‑sales, onboarding, and post‑go‑live phases to build trust and drive adoption.
• Provide structured input on the ARC roadmap, embedding UK and Canadian regulatory, tax, and workflow nuances.
• Build standards and reference models enabling large dealer groups to adopt the platform confidently.
• Represent Tekion at industry events, dealer forums, and OEM discussions to showcase operational expertise.
