What You'll Likely Work On

• Architect the frontend stack, defining state flow and the sync boundary with the Elixir service
• Build and maintain end‑to‑end real‑time collaborative editing, handling transport, offline support, and conflict resolution
• Establish and enforce performance and accessibility standards for dense workspaces with tens of thousands of items
• Design how AI‑agent actions appear in the UI, preserving authority and history visibility
• Elevate the skill level of frontend engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and lasting standards
