The Senior Solution Engineer partners with Account Executives to drive revenue by designing and demonstrating agentic automation solutions on the UiPath platform. You will translate complex, cross‑system business processes into BPMN‑based blueprints that orchestrate AI agents, robots and humans, and present these solutions to technical and executive audiences across Southern Africa.

What You'll Likely Work On

• Lead technical engagements across the sales cycle, from discovery to hand‑over to delivery teams
• Conduct deep discovery of customer processes, existing automation/BPM landscape, and AI ambitions
• Model end‑to‑end workflows in BPMN 2.0 and design decision logic (DMN) to illustrate agentic orchestration
• Translate strategic business challenges into agentic solutions with measurable ROI
• Position UiPath alongside incumbent BPM and iPaaS platforms, articulating value and integration points
• Design and deliver compelling demos and proofs‑of‑value that showcase AI agents, robots and humans collaborating
• Drive adoption through executive briefings, webinars, workshops and regional events
• Create and share reusable assets (BPMN reference models, demo blueprints, discovery frameworks) with the presales community
