What You'll Likely Work On

• Design and build an AI‑native migration product that automates data, configuration, and workflow transfers.
• Develop and integrate coding agents to scaffold migration scripts, generate transformation logic, and automate testing/validation.
• Use business‑analysis agents to extract migration requirements and surface edge cases.
• Create reusable patterns, templates, and automation capabilities from individual migration insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design system components and define the engineering roadmap.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, security, scalability, extensibility, and testability standards.
